Most channels missing on both tuners

I turned on the TV this afternoon to find that I'm only getting about 5 channels (no HDs) on either tuner (Series 3 with 2 cablecards, TimeWarner Cable). Everything was fine up to today. Anyone have any suggestions or experiencing similar problems? TWC customer support was useless and is sending a tech next week (who will no doubt never have heard of either Tivo or cablecards),

Did you try t restart your tivo?:confused:

Also make sure all cable connections are tight, no sign of damage etc...

I had some missing channels with Comcast, although it was during first install of the M-Card.

I called Comcast, they asked for all the cablecard infobeing shown on the missing channels and they re-paired the M-Card.

All channels came up immediately after the new pairing.

I had most of my channels missing when my 2 single channel cards were installed. Problem turned out to be on their end. Recomend calling up customer support and asking for the techies from the getgo.
