Channel Changing Incorrectly for Scheduled Recordings

I recently started having trouble getting the right channels to record for season passes on a Series2 TiVo. The channel changing works fine when I manually change channels. When a scheduled show goes to record however it sometimes doesn't change the channel or records the wrong channel. I've tried the following:

* Reboot.
* Repeated cable setup.
* Repeated IR setup.
* Experiments with changing leading zeros.
