Please help me. I hacked my Hughes HDVR2 and my Philips DSR7000 back in January. Back then, the model for each one showed correctly, as I had used the appropriate InstantCake image on each receiver.

However, I recently noticed that my Philips DSR7000 shows as a Hughes HDVR2 now, even though it showed the correct model after the successful hacking.

Also, both receivers don't appear to be running fakecall automatically anymore.

Do I need to install or run a patch of some kind? Both receivers were permanently unplugged from the phone line right before upgrading.

It doesn't matter if the Phillips shows as an HDVR2, and fakecall is pretty much unnecessary on dtivos that are unplugged from the phone and superpatched (which removes the nag screen).

Ok. A friend of mine has had his hacked receiver spontaneously rebooting and now thinks its a Samsung, even though it's a Hughes HDVR2. We both have superpatched receivers.

As to the "Failed: No Dial Tone" status, I noticed that it actually reset the last succcessful call date upon rebooting. Maybe my receivers are not auto-rebooting themselves like they should.
