Predictions House Season Finale! MAY 19th - Spoilers possible - but not intended

Last week’s episode (HOUSE’S HEAD) was great. I was thinking about the finale. At the end we found out Amber is hurt and/or possibly dying from something else. I thought it might be fun to hear some predictions on what could happen. I have not read anything about the upcoming episode, so this is my guess. Spoilers are possible so read no further if you are not interested.
My idea is that House met Amber after work because she wanted to tell House that she is pregnant with Wilson's child and Wilson does not know it yet. This would explain why House started pounding drinks back and why Amber was on the bus with him to make sure he reached home ok.

Any other ideas?

It would be out of character, but maybe Amber is afraid of how Wilson will react to the news. She wants to know what House thinks Wilson will do.

Maybe she does not want the baby and tells House she is planning to abort it without telling Wilson. House is dealing with should he tell his friend or not.
