View Full Version : Eli Stone & Boston Legal renewed

Eli Stone was renewed along with Boston Legal which apparently was a last minute deal. I'm glad they renewed both of these. A couple of spring shows that did not make renewal were Women's Murder Club, October Road, Miss Guided.

I knew Eli Stone (Jonny Lee Miller) always looked familiar but could never put my finger on where I recognized him from. Then this past weekend I was flipping channels and stopped on the movie Hackers.

He was also Sick Boy in Trainspotting.

spring shows? WMC debuted in the fall. October Road was maybe last spring (I didn't check).. it had 1.5 seasons. Miss Guided was ok.

I used to enjoy Boston Legal but it has just become a parody of itself. :up: for Eli. Hopefully, he won't have a sophmore slump.

WOW. Good news on both accounts for me!

I really didn't think there was any question about BL, but Eli Stone..for me that show had "buh-bye" written all over it. Mainly because I LOVE it and it's the kind of show that doesn't get renewed.

I still enjoy BL, but it's not a "watch now" show. It usually sits a month or two until everything else has been watched. Then when I do watch it, I usually think "why didn't I watch this sooner?" :)

Eli Stone had a strong beginning and strong ending to the mini-season. I'm glad it's coming back.. it'll be interesting to see where it goes from here.

Oh, good. I was lukewarm on Eli Stone at first, but it really grew on me.
