Please.....it's time for Marissa to go!

BTW....how come no "freestyle" this year? That was always one of my favorite nights as the dancers really get to put their personalities into that dance.

The freestyle always happens in the final week, so that'll be next week.

Oh..my mistake. I thought I remember it happening in the Semi's...when there are 4 of them left.

If she doesn't get voted off tonnight I'll be upset. Another Marie Osmond, only ten times worse! All of the dancers left could break an arm and a leg and she still wouldn't dance better than them. And she said last night she deserves to be in the finale. What world is she living in?

Really? Can I ask why? I think Carrie Ann Inaba said it perfectly last night when she said this was not semi-final material.

What cracked me up was the mark Carrie Ann gave her after she ripped her head off - I believe it was an 8! Now please, with those comments she deserved a five or a six. Another case of where the judges chicken out on giving true scores and leave it up to the viewing audience who stays and who goes.

but an 8 when everybody else is getting 9s and 10s is very damaging.

I'm sorry, but I still don't get the fuss the judges are making over Cristian. There's no way his flat-footed dancing deserved 10's. I still want him to go tonight. And I'm still rooting for Kristi to take the trophy. I just hope she has the fan base to make it happen.

I'm just happy that I've gotten to see Edyta all the way through the finals!

Speaking of Edyta, there were two lifts in their (second, I believe) number. They clearly said no lifts were allowed tonight, yet no-one said anything.

I only saw 1 that could be contriversial. In 1 of them it looks as if both feet came off the floor for a split second. It was hard to tell with the long dress.

There was absolutely a lift in Edyta's number when he swung her around in that flying like move. Short duration, but 2 feet off the floor. We noticed immediately.

My first thought when I saw that was that they were going to get called on it, but the judges didn't even mention it! I was really surprised, especially after Tom made a point at the beginning of the show of saying that lifts weren't going to be allowed this week. And that lift was really blatant.
