Clearing program info & To Do List... how long?

Having some issues with my TiVoHD's Season Passes staying sorted the way I like today so I decided to do a Clear program info & To Do list. It's been a little over an hour... of course the screen says "up to an hour". Only the green light is lit on the front of the unit. Should I just wait a bit longer or is there a possible problem? I haven't had any indications of hard drive trouble previously...

Update: Yeah, I'm a worrier. It came back a few minutes after I posted.

I lost a bunch of season passes (about 30) but I can set those back up.

Clear Program Info & To Do List

Warning; You are about to remove all program information,
cancel upcoming recordings and Season Passes, delete
WishList searches and clear Thumb ratings.

I expected to lose all of them or none of them. To lose half was kind of odd.
