No updates, no discussion, what gives? I am starting to lose hope of ever going back to Comcast Tivo.

Someone just posted about Tivo cutting back on expenses by closing call centers and also reviving the Lifetime service deals.

What other choice do they have if this Comcast rollout is as big of a disaster as it appears.

In the last month I've seen 2 Comcast Tivo commercials here in Boston but I can't imagine that Comcast is pushing this based on what we read in this forum.

A failed Cable rollout will be very difficult for Tivo to overcome.

Not much to talk about. I haven't seen this amazing software update to make this box more usable. I'm still paying for crummy TiVo service via Comcast. No word from Comcast on whether this will be status quo, or this silence is because they figured out exactly how heinous a product this is, and they've gone back to ask TiVo to do this the right way. Of course my opinion of "the right way" is to have TiVo do both the hardware and software and be done with it.

Comcast is right to not air many commercials. The box isn't ready for your living room.
