Tivo Desktop Transfer - Total Failure

So I just recently had to re-install tivo desktop on my computer, after a fresh install of vista ultimate. i have the latest version of tivo desktop, and i can see my other tivos no problem, but i can not transfer any programs back to the computer. it just states manually queued and sits there. any ideas?

Have you tried rebooting your TiVos?

You could try doing a download through the web interface: point your browser to https://{your TiVo IP} and login with the username 'tivo' and your MAK as the password.
