So comcast just added 664 FOXNWSO but all the guide data shows is "Signed off". I tried the channel last night and BAM - Mariner's baseball in HD. Sweet except I never would have never known it was on. What gives with the guide data not updating. Also, am having the same problem with DSCHD (668), TLCHD (669) - Just says "To be announced". 664 was just added this week to our lineup so there is some grace period there but the others have been this way for over 3 weeks.

What am I missing here??

I have the same issue. I wonder if the guided setup needs to be rerun in order for it to pick up the new channels?

BTW the other channels all show up correctly for me. I think they came out after I had gotten my cable cards so the guided setup was run after the cards installed. So I bet that is the key.

has anyone with seattle comcast fixed this issue? i still don't get any guide data for 664. the normal comcast cable box displays the guide info perfectly when it switches between mojo and foxnw. since the majority of the channel is usually mojo, it would be nice to have that data displayed (like it used to before it changed to FOXNWSO). kind of annoying since i enjoy a lot of the mojo shows and would like to set season passes for some. thanks.

Thanks. I have a similar issue in Northern Virginia. My new channels are there and correctly identified as A&E HD and History HD as of May 1, but there is no guide data. It just says "To Be Announced".

I'm in the Tacoma system and it does show 664 in my guide. They deleted MOJO and put Fox Sports Seattle in the place.

Yeah except all the mojo shows are still on, if you watch the channel it's not always sports or news -- which honestly they can stuff right up their ...

I'd try forcing an update. Maybe is hasn't updated since the channels were added last week. I'm on Comcast on Bainbridge Island. I haven't checked the schedule for FOXNWSO but I have no guide problems for DSCHD or TLCHD.

they must get the info from what comcast provides them, cause if you look at comcast's online program guide, 664 is also FOXNWSO with 'SIGN OFF' as most of the programming. i can't even find any MOJO shows through search. i talked to comcast about it, but as usual, they had no idea what to say and gave me a canned answer that had no relation to what i was asking. they just need to split these two channels up already.

well, it looks like my request helped and they put the MOJOHD guide back on. unfortunately, the mariners' games still aren't listed. but i'd rather have the guide be 90% correct than to display SIGN OFF for all the programming. i hope it doesn't switch back until they fix the issue of comcast's 2 networks being shared on 1 channel. thanks for all the help here.

This typically happens when your local cable company adds or moves channels. It can take a while for the guide data for your area to get updated with the new or moved channels. This happened to me with Time Warner here in Columbus, OH earlier this year. It took almost 2 weeks before it got straightened out. I filled out a report for the Tivo Lineup specialists here...
