DFW Spot Beam Coverage

Does anyone know if the spot beam for the Dallas Fort Worth area covers the wichita falls tx area? I have a house outside Fort Worth and a place in wichita falls. I am wondering if I will still get my Dallas locals when I take my receiver to wichita falls with me.

Without checking a map, what's the distance between the two locations?

About 120 miles. I'd say it would be iffy, according to older maps.

It depends on the spot beam. The Memphis spot beam is has a 94 signal strength in southeast Arkansas (180 miles). I'm checked the strength on my in-laws receiver when they were thinking about "moving" to get networks.

from my house in Fort Worth To here in Wichita Falls its about 100 miles

I think you will be fine. I live in Nashville, TN and use the Cape Girardeau, MO/Paducah, KY. spot beam with no problems at all. I am well over 100 miles from the spot beam.
