TiVo HD - Favorite Channels

I don't know if this is a general problem or just with the TiVo HD:

I can't unselect any channels or favorite channels. I can do it but when I click 'Done' and then go back in it's as if I never changed it.

Anyone else seeing this?

This is common when the TiVo is processing new guide information, which occurs for the first few days after guided setup, as well as software updates. During that indexing period, the favorites do not update. Wait 2-3 days after guided setup (or the software update) and you should be able to edit your favorites without issue.

There is another issue where you cannot separately remove a channel (or set a favorite) listed with the same number as another. For example, if channel 77 is listed separately by your provider as both CSPAN and CSN+, then you cannot make 77 CSN+ a favorite without also making 77 CSPAN a favorite.
