Can't Access my Photos on TIVO

I recently just got a New Computer and when I go to the TIVo Menu(Photos, Music. and others) I TIVO say's it can't find my IP's being used. Is there something I have to do to my computer? When I go to TIVO desktop it is able to connect because I can Transfer show. What am I doing wrong?

There is probably security software on your PC that is not letting the TiVo Beacon service advertise your computer's presence to the TiVo. Fix that and it will work.
