Recently i was speaking to Sky Technical support, and we were chatting, when i mentioned tivo. The guy on the phone said that they only have 2 people there that are there for TiVo now!

It would explain why it can take so long to get through.

Yes, I mis-understood, I was thinking of two Sky employees left who still use Tivo's

That's disappointing. I thought you meant you had your own sky employee but rarely plugged him in :)

Probably makes sense, if the monthly revenue stream for the people who pay per month has dropped and the call volume has decreased for a mature product it would be what I would do if I were managing them.

Hope they do not go sick/holiday at the same time.
