it probably went the way of the rest of the market -- in the toilet.

I'd bet most of these real estate/flipping shows are gonna get canned as no one wants to watch someone trying to make money when they are getting screwed on their mortgage.

Then again, I wouldn't put it past some tv exec to propose "Repo Rehab" "Foreclose ? For fun !" or something like that.

Even the flip this lawsuit blog has not been updated in a while. A few weeks back I tried to find any information and outside of the constant speculation of Richard and Ginger having an affair (Richard and his wife got divorced semi-recently I think), I could not find anything about the show itself.

Edit: Looking on TLC's website, it is not even listed as a show they have any longer. Flip That House is still on there, and I know they have been running new episodes this year.

Richard got divorced in December, and I presume the current real estate market, the personal issues, and regular business just have slowed down production. I bet they'll be back someday.

there was another one on bravo? that was millionaire something...they would follow 1 or 2 guys around and see how they dissed their own clients when they didnt accept 'reasonable' offers.

Guess what people?

Real Estate Pros is back with Richard Davis. It will be back on TLC starting July 21st, 2009 according to Futon Critic.

I am a bit shocked because I thought the flip show was dead with the state of the world. I also thought the premiere season of this show sucked compared to the old A&E show.

I really hope it is back in line with what that was and we have less of these stupid drummed up "feel good" stories.
