"Face it, Tiger..."
That line just never gets old for me. :)

Finally. :)
GREAT episode. But weren't there supposed to be back-to-back new episodes today?? My TiVo only caught one.
EDIT: Ah, the first ep was a repeat. Nevermind. :o

They're really racing through the backstory, aren't they? I wonder if they really will get to Venom and Carnage this season, as indicated by the brief flash of the symbiote and black costume in the opening credits.
Also, how about some other Marvel Universe heroes? The DC series have been doing crossovers for years now.

I'm assuming they'll get to Venom this season. They've already introduced Eddie Brock. I guess it depends how many eps they have to play with.
I bet they'll get to Venom before they get to the Green Goblin.
I was pretty surprised to see Tombstone this ep. I'd forgotten all about him! It looks like they'll be concentrating on the gang war thing for a bit.

I was surprised to see Tombstone instead of the Kingpin.

I bet it was the Kingpin that Tombstone was talking about.

The Kingpin's rights are currently tied up by the Daredevil movie contract so that's why they are using Tombstone instead.
As for the other Marvel heroes, it really depends on where the rights are right now.
I'm going to guess that Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, and the Fantastic Four are tied up in movie rights now.
The one out they might have is that I think they are now all under the onus of Marvel Productions now.

I've really been enjoying this version of Spider-Man with Gwen Stacy in the buddy role instead of MJ.
