Remote can't change channels on my R10....

When I try to change channels by going up or down the power light on the unit turns orange but it doesn't change channels.This happen to anyone else?

you probably are set to Favorite list that is empty, switch either to ALL Ch or Ch you receive. By pressing Guide, then INFO, scroll down to CH's and switch.

My favorite list was empty,I wonder why that happened,thanks for the heads up on it....
