I know that when you upgrade a drive, if you've opted in to certain things (like KidZone) your season passes and wishlists will be automagically restored on a connection to the mothership.
I was recently gifted an "official" MyDVR Expander 500GB for my S3. For a variety of reasons, I'm looking to pull the 500GB drive inside my S3 out, replace it with the original, unmolested 250GB drive, and use the expander to boost my storage back up (I have another use for the 500 gigger, otherwise I'd just marry the new external manually.)
The only question I have is whether or not this will still do the "restore the season passes" thing. I'm guessing that it won't, since the original drive still has all the SPs, WLs, and programs that it had when I did my upgrade way back when. Anyone have any ideas?
