Odd message as i am on direct debit. Schedule is loaded for next 10 or so days and test call and forced schedule update all return ok as does the call log for the last 24 hrs
I cannot watch live TV as the same message appears, as it does on all recordings Ive tried to make via the epg choice screen. The recordings show on Now Playing but when selected all I get is the expired message
never seen this before in 5 yrs of use. The only variable is that owing to a provider change as of 2 weeks ago I now have to prefix outgoing phone calls with 1280. I have added that to the tivo dialling prefs and, as I say, the log etc all show that tivo is successfully making calls and downloading program guides with the 1280 added. So i dont think its that
i cant seem to find a phone number in the UK to call about this?
