Hello fellow Tivo peeps. I have a 4 month old Tivo Hd and recently it has been freezing during playback of previously recorded shows. This is only an occasional occurrence and seems to coincide with the losing of closed captioning. I can fast forward by the area and sometimes it will correct the problem but usually it will freeze again within seconds. The only way I have been able to fix the freezing and restore closed captioning is to reboot the tivo. After the reboot the tivo works find (even in the preciously froze section) as does the closed captioning. I am not sure if this is a cable card issue (two single cards) or if it is a tivo issue. I ran a search in the forums and could not find an answer to these particular issues. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I am with Timewarner in Los Angeles using a wireless tivo brand usb adapter to connect to my home network with two SS CC. Thanks in advance!
