I'm thinking of upgrading my tivo hd refurb.

Is this a good price for a DB35 750gb? It is a re-certified drive. Anyone have experience with re-certified Seagates?

The price could never be low enough with a 180 day warranty. Buy it new, you can find them for arround $150 - $170 and they come with a 5 year warranty

The only mention of that drive or part number at Amazon today is actually sold by Computer Geeks.

Am I missing something? Or there other retailers with this drive in stock for less than $175.00?

it's probably overpriced, but i think weaknees sells bare DB35 drives as well.
