Can the info bar show other channels?

Can in the info bar show other channels without having to change the channel or using the guide?
I know the comcast dvr could do this, i could watch one channel and just change the channel on the info bar to see what else was on, this way i don't have to use the guide to cover over the show i'm watching.

No, it can't. The DirecTV DVRs also have this feature, called a "mini-guide".
