No. It only supports .mp4 files which play in QuickTime and .avi files with DivX/Xvid video and either AC3 or MP3 audio.

DanAccording to the tivo support site, it supports wmv too(and the obvious mpeg2):

- QuickTime Movie (.mov)
- MPEG - 4 / H.264 (.mp4, .m4v, .mp4v)

- DivX or Xvid (.avi, .divx)

For some reason, when I first read this question, I thought it was about memory cards... up too late I was...

pyTivo will handle Flash video (.flv), but not actual Flash (.swf).
