Sound Ghosting!

Hi, I have a problem with sounds ghosting on my TiVo. The sound of live tv, and playing back is tottally ok, but then i hear faint sounds after the original sound has played! lol its only slight but God is it irritating. Particularly when i'm watching star trek.
