Changing Tivo's IP Address

I've got a freshly Zippered HDVR2 and I want to change its IP. I tired updating the couple of config files I've found that contain the old IP. But upon reboot the old IP comes back. Please help...

Google for netconfig.tcl or patch tivoapp for onscreen network menus and do it that way.
