Anybody noticed an issue with SAT 101, Transponder 1, dropping it's signal to 0 over the past few days.

It's weird...both of my HR10-250's were showing the problem last night, yet when I looked at my HR20-700's, the signal was fine.

All my boxes are connected to the the same multiswitch, and I had a new 5LNB dish installed last summer.

I hadn't noticed this myself, but my wife watches both the Food Network (channel 231) and the History Channel (Channel 269), and they both have had dropouts. Further investigation by me showed they were both on SAT 101, Transponder 1.

I just checked my system, and my signal strength for that transponder is backup to 95 (as are most of my other transponder signals).

Check Sat 101 transponder 1 and 32 they should suppose to have both signals, if no signal on one of the transponders theres a lot of possibility that you got bad or shorted cable, bad multi switch or bad lnb. If there is a signal on both transponder that means it might your receive acting weird try to do a hard reset by unplugging the plug for 15 secs and plug back in. \

As an aside, both of those channels have HD versions. But, you need MPEG4 capable receivers such as your HR20.

Food HD is on 231-1 (different content than the SD version on 231) and History HD is 269 on the HR20.

I'd swap the inputs on the bad unit and also check all cable connections.
