Series 3 Rebooting by itself

Just got a Series 3 HD. I was watching live TV last night and it just rebooted by itself. It also did this once while I was in the middle of initial set up. Is this a cause for concern?

I'm getting the same thing. I just bought a series3 and the cable cards are coming in this Saturday. In the meantime I went through guided setup as Tivo suggested and the thing kept rebooting itself every 15 min or so, half the time it gets hung up on the 'Welcome, Powering Up' screen. I called Tivo support and they said it was probably because I'm using a non-supported wireless adapter but I don't buy that. I tried setting it up with a phone connectoin and the same thing happens. A friend suggested that I try rebooting without the cable connected and that is working so far but I'm only an hour into it. I'm debating returning it and cancelling the cable card installation.

I'd be darned concerned if I just shelled out $300 for something and had that happen.

I'm using Tivo's wireless adapter so that's not it. Comcast came out today and did the tuner card installation. It hasn't rebooted again since the day I did the inital set up. I'm hoping I won't see it again.....
