Interesting S3 problem or "glitch"

My S3 has been behaving well since replacing CC2 a few months ago, but I encountered a weird problem this evening.

I haven't used the S3 in a few days and sat down to watch stuff I *thought* I recorded over the past two days.

"Family Guy" and last night's "Two and a half men" on CBS didn't record apparently because there was no signal. I then checked both tuners and both had no signal.

The *really* strange thing was that two other recordings occurred between the two shows that failed to record and both were on the wrong channel!

I rebooted and all seems fine now.

Has anyone else experienced such odd symptoms? I'm pretty certain Cablevision in NY isn't using SDV.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Could very well be that the cable co was screwing with your authorized channels list through those days. I lost my HD channels one night randomly and it required them to rehit the cards.
