Missing Channels with DirecTv

I pay for DirecTv NASCAR Hotpass. They are channels 790 - 798. However, my TIVO units do not have channel 791 & 792 listed. How do I get them to display? I have went to MESSAGE AND SETTINGS > SETTINGS > CHANNELS >CHANNEL LISTING > and searched for the two channels and they are not listed so I can't manually add them.... Any ideas?

Those two channels might not (yet) be active.

All the other channels for hot pass are active... only the first two don't show up... this sucks...

Can you enter the channel number using the number keys on the remote to tune to the channels? It may be a guide data issue that TiVo needs to resolve.
