My TiVO has been running since around Jan 5th or so without a problem. That was I believe when my MS cable card was installed.
I don't watch much of the digital channels but the other night was looking around up in the 160s and found lots of "channel not available".
It wasn't clear to me if the cable service had problems or TiVo had problems. Basically I found that everything above 98 was gone. Inop.
I called ComCast and the tech support lady was very nice and walked me through some steps even though the TiVo is not their bag. I happened to go and check the cable card on the settings menu and noticed that it said "Single stream" instead of multistream.
Also many digital channels could not be changed to because "your channnel line up does not contain any digital channels" which was false.
We ended up with a hard power down/restart of the TiVo and life went back to normal. Is this something to watch out for? A needed reboot every 60 days or so?
