TTG confusion

We have three Tivos and a HD DVR from Time Warner. I think my husband would like the Tivo better on his big screen, but I'm confused about the two quotes from the Tivo site. Seems to me that they are contradictions. Am I just being dumb? Thanks


Will the TiVoToGo™ feature and Multi-Room Viewing be available on the Series3 HD?

Yes. TiVoToGo and Multi-Room Viewing are available on any Series3 HD DVR with a network connection and software version 9.1 or later.


Multi-RoomViewing and TiVoToGo™ networking features are not available on TiVo® Series3.

Yes it's available for Series 3 HD units for quite some time now. There's even a very good FAQ (courtesy of bkdtv) with a bunch of good details about it in this very forum:
