The Western Digital drive is "OEM style" only coming with an antistatic bag while the Seagate unit is full retail boxed. If you have an S3 the Seagate could be a good choice for an internal upgrade.

Frys part #5478279 for the Seagate Retail Boxed
http://shop1.outpost.com/product/5478279
Available in store for 234, website doesn't show new price (perhaps tomorrow?)
I purchased the Seagate drive tonight for the extra 5$ since it had double the onboard cache and included cables (SATA and power converter). I confirmed they had 19 WD drives in stock and they seemed to have at least that many of the Seagate at the Palo Alto store.
