help...green error screen after upgrade!

So I did a backup of my "old" drive using winmfs with an IDE to USB cable since I'm on a laptop. I then did a restore to the new drive which seemed to go perfectly....popped in the new drive and booted up the TiVo. Did its normal startup with the grey screen and then the yellow screen with the tivo logo saying "almost there" - then it went back to the grey screen, to the yellow one again and did this cycle about 3 times. Then the green screen came up saying the DVR has detected a serious problem....what do I do now? It says its trying to fix itself and may take 3hrs....
What did I do wrong?

BTW, its a series 2 tivo brand TCD 240004A and the new drive is a 500gb WD.

Ensure the jumper on the drive is in the appropriate position for the Tivo.

well, looks like it is one of those things that worked itself out (knock on wood). After about 30 min of the green screen, tivo went asleep. When I pressed the remote, it woke up and was in the boot screen where the tivo thing is jumping all around. Now I've got 583hrs basic, 343 hrs med, 260high, 162 best, all for $105 :) It was sooo simple to do the upgrade with winmfs, I only have basic computer knowledge and that program made this a breeze!
