Good Morning,
I have to say, I love audiofaucet. We used that for hours a day up until this past weekend. You see, I had to consolidate my iTunes library and move it to another drive because it became too large.

Problem being is that it seemed to break audiofaucet.
I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing has worked.

Reinstalling Audiofaucet
Reinstaling iTunes
Uninstalling everything
Cleaning the registry
Using settings cleaners
Reinstalling everything

The only thing that brings audiofaucet back it to take it off of iTunes and point it to a directory of MP3's. Yet we all know that kills the playlists which is what we use most...

Has anyone encountered this before. If so, were you able to fix it?
I've sent an email off ot the authors at digitaldroplet.net, but haven't heard back. I know they're helpful and busy, but I also thought somebody may have fixed this here...

Thanks in advance,
~Jon

Jon,

It is possible that AF can no longer find your iTunes library, depending on how it was relocated. Unfortunately, AF can't support libraries that link to music files on an SMB share (i.e., if your music is access on a network drive on another machine that isn't mapped to a lettered drive in Windows).

If you are on Windows, there may be an error.log file in the c:\program files\audiofaucet\ directory, and if you could send that to me, that would be really helpful in figuring out if something nasty is going on.

Also, when you ran the cleaner, and re-ran AudioFaucet, what settings did you choose when configuring AudioFaucet?

I apologize for not responding to support email -- we had been using a tracking system for support email, but the latest upgrade has brought nothing but pain  -- we do need to figure that out desperately, but both Kyle and I have had few moments to spare the past few months.

Let me know if you find any log files -- for the time being it might be better to contact me via PM on the forum, as I don't know what the heck we're going to do with the support tracking system at the moment...

Thanks,
John B. (.5 of AF dev team)
