Everytime I reboot my computer, the TiVo Desktop HD Photo app re-downloads. Is this normal?

There is no real resolution to the problem in that thread. I thought the problem could use a subject that describes the problem instead of a general "TiVo Desktop 2.5.1 for Windows" thread.

I guess I just wait and see what happens in the next release. I don't reboot often.
