HR21 - Where did my progress bar go?

Y'know, the green bar you can bring up that tells you how many minutes you are into a program.

As of last night it's been replaced by a generic DirecTV "Please wait ..." message box.

Whenever I hit fast forward or rewind, that's the message I get. My box won't tell me where I am in the program!

WTF.
Anybody else ever experienced this?

I have built an entire career around simply rebooting things. It makes me a god to folks who still don't understand how effective that can be ;)
