TiVo Desktop Plus vs Roxio Creator 9

What really is the difference between Roxio Creator 9 and TiVo Desktop Plus? :confused:

From what I can tell Roxio Creator 9 does everything that TiVo Desktop Plus does and more. Am I mistaken?
