Can't FF through Lost in HD

Did anyone have trouble FF through Lost this week? I have a feeling it is Comcast Tivo related since I didn't see it posted anywhere else. I had the entire recording but the green status bar was blank. At first I thought only a few seconds were recorded (based on what I saw on the status bar) but the entire recording was there but I was not able to FF any of it.

Did this only happen on Lost? Were you watching Lost completely time-shifted, or on a delayed recording? I've had issues with the Comcast box where it kind of "forgets" its a DVR until I reboot. Then everything comes back properly.

It was completely time-shifted. I tried to watch it on Friday and I just couldn't FF/rewind. I was stuck watching the entire recording. This is the only time I have seen it happen so far.
