Comcast TiVo HD DVR and Pronto Pro remote

I just had my Comcast HD DVR upgraded with Tivo. After some minor issues, seems to be working fine. The one exception is some small changes with my Pronto Pro Remote. It had previously been programmed for the Comcast DVR, and now the "last channel" command no longer works, and the "page up" and Page down" commands have been replaced with the "thumb up" and thumb down" Tivo commands. Anyone have any info on codes needed. Since the hardware didn't change, I thought it would be the same, and can't find any documentation anywhere.
