My Tivo can't see my computer

I have a Mac, have installed the Tivo Desktop, and have a couple of videos in the proper tivo recordings folder. But my Tivo is not seeing my computer. It does not show up on my now playing, and when I try to add a manual server, it says that I don't have a tivo server installed at the IP address... which is the correct address for my machine. The desktop is turned on... I have activated the video sharing.. but no dice on the Tivo. Nothing shows under Now Playing. Any ideas?

TiVo DVRs just don't date outside the DVR world. :D



Seriously, have you tried rebooting the TiVo DVR and does the TiVo desktop see the TiVo ?

Nevermind! I restarted the tivo and now I do see it in the Now Playing list! Thanks!
