When I now go to "Music, Photos, Products, & More", all I get is "Add new server...". I no longer have online features Rhapsody, Live365, Traffic, Weather, etc. Anyone know what causes the Home Media online features to suddenly not show up?

Seeing the same thing here. All features hosted on my PC (Galleon, Home Media) are working fine. But all of the apps hosted by TiVo servers (Rhapsody, Games, Weather, etc) are all missing. Worked fine about a week ago.

Seeing the same thing on all 5 units (3 series 3's, 1 TiVoHD, 1 Series 2 DT).

No network changes. Units connect to TiVo Service just fine so it is not a connectivity problem.

I've now talked to TiVo technical support twice on this. First they said I needed to wait 3 days. Now they say it's probably my router or ISP settings. This makes no sense, since the online services worked fine before and nothing has changed since then. I have no idea what to do next. Argh!

Same thing happened to me. I have two series 2, one DT and one HD and all are affected. I've spoken to Tivo CS a couple of times also. At first they thought it was my network but I can connect to them and all of my units can communicate with each other so it's probably not that. I now have them checking my account (I am in good standing, btw).

Does anyone know if there was a software update in this time frame?

I also had an issue where MRV stopped working last week. None of the TiVo's on my network could see each other. I rebooted each one, and as they came back up, they would re-appear to each other. I had to go through this reboot cycle twice before the problem was solved. There were no changes to my home network during the process. I have (2) Pioneer DVR-810H, (1) Series 2, (1) Series 3, and (1) TiVo HD.

I'm another sufferer! Lost the menu items about 1 week ago. I have an open case with TiVo CS about it. My account is in 'good standing' and every setting appears to be as it should be.

I connect my TiVo to my home network using ethernet via a Gb switch to my cable modem router (i.e. I'm not using Wi-Fi). It's working fine. All home network applications are working fine and I have no problems with TiVo service connections. It's just the TiVo backend-server services that are missing from my menus.

I found a thread where another poster had missing menu items. His TiVo network was configured automatically using DHCP. He changed it to a Static IP setup and the menu items came back! He then changed back to DHCP and the menu items remained. I am already configured with a Static IP Address, but as a test, I changed it to DHCP. My TiVo grabbed a new IP Address, but the menu items didn't come back! :(

Contacted TiVo for the 3rd time and they now say they are hearing about problems with online features. Unfortunately, they don't have an answer and they don't know when they might. I tried the static IP suggestion and my menu items came back briefly, but then they disappeared again. I tried going back to DHCP, with no luck.

same problem....no live 365, games, unbox etc etc....ten days now and the tivo tech could not resolve the problem.....if only we could get the ip address we could manually add it....tivo tech could not find it....pretty weak don't ya think?? a simple set of numbers will solve all our problems.....
