howdy,
while house-sitting for my parents, i've discovered the joys of tivo/directv working in disharmony.
if there's a FAQ or something, maybe someone can point me to it. just in case there's not, i'll post my questions anyhow:
background: all i know is the tivo is series 2, maybe someone can inform me how to find out more info about it if need be.
1) i don't know if it's the directv receiver or the tivo, but something makes changing the channels extremely sluggish. this in turn causes the tivo to not get the right channel sometimes. any way to change this?
2) it used to record the programs i had season passes set for. i recently stopped having tivo record its suggestions as i thought it was full since my recordings came back with a duration of 00 (partial). still happens after I freed up a bunch of space and reset the season pass... any ideas?
