Cable channel goes grey, have to reboot. Video still there w/signal strength check.

Frequently only the channel I am watching will go grey on the CableCard M using TiVo HD. It won't come back by switching channels and switching back. If I check signal strength the video appears. However, if I go back to live tv from the signal strength meter the grey screen is still there. I have to reboot to fix it. Has any encountered this?

Seems that thread is about the grey screen appearing all the time. My situation is only one channel and the video still appears when checking signal strength.
