I downloaded 'The Brave One' on Amazon Unbox to my Series 3. I am seeing some pixelation about every 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. It looks like a wide rectangle that is about two inches tall and stretches 1/3 to 2/3 across the screen. Has anyone else experienced this? I see it again when I rewind the movie, so it appears to be in the movie file. I figured with Amazon as the source that the video would be high quality.

Yes I noticed that last night on an Unbox download. I also noticed it on a CNet Tivocast the other day. This is the first time I've ever seen this problem.

Were there any parts of the film that didn't have this or that did have this? I rented it last night (TiVoHD) to check it out. Fast forwarded here and there and watched maybe 30 minutes of content. Other than the bad aspect ratio (still!), I didn't see this.

It was pretty much throughout. I don't know how obvious it would be when fast forwarding through. It only flashes up for a frame or two.
I realize this is a reply to a very old post, but, I just had the same thing happen to me. I downloaded "The Break-Up [Video On Demand]" from Amazon and it was totally unwatchable. I had all sorts of pixelation, kind of like a bad satellite broadcast. Or a bad digital cable signal.
And, as if the picture wasn't bad enough, the audio was horrendous. It would cut out every 30 seconds or so.
Amazon was fine about it, though. They credited me with no questions asked. But, this is the first time I've ever had a bad download from Amazon to my Series 3. (If that is what it was?)

Just had it happen to me, the first part of the movie was great and somewhere in the middle it became completely unwatchable. The pixelation almost looked like some of a CNET? download was mixed in with it. I have not complained to Amazon, but fully intend to assuming I can get credit.
The good news is that this seems to be a rather isolated problem (from seeing what I could find on this forum). The bad news, this is only the second movie I had ever downloaded from Amazon - so one out of two (for me) were unwatchable.
