All -
I unplugged my SD-H400 this evening and moved it downstairs. When I hooked up everything again, the unit rebooted fine, but now can't get a signal off the cable (coax) input.
It's probably been a year since cable was going directly into this Tivo; we added a cable box a while back, so it's possible the problem has been there for a while without me realizing it.
Just to be sure it's the Tivo, I brought it back upstairs and plugged it into a known good cable. Again, nothing other than a message that the unit is looking for a signal.
The logical inference is that the coax connector on the back is shot, but am I overlooking something?
And if it is the coax, is it worth fixing?
Best,
Scott A.
