Has anyone seen the new comcast commercial. I have heard a few folks on other boards talking about seeing a commercial today. Of course they live in the new england area, so I don't expect anyone beyond NE to have seen it.

Could someone from comcast or maybe TiVo put this commercial up on youtube for us to see?

Btw, from the folks that have seen the commercial, it sounds like comcast did a fantastic job on it.

word has it that this was aired on CNBC. Can someone set up a manual record on CNBC and try and capture this little bugger and then rip it to youtube?

The zatsnotfunny link says, "We're sorry, this video is no longer available".

Hm, there must be some sort of lag/delay - I toggled the video from 'private' to 'public' before posting and it's reflected as such in my account. Hopefully, it'll show up shortly. If not, I'll upload again 'public' from the start.

The commercial is very well done. Looks like TiVo produced this commercial, do you agree? Any idea of who is footing the advertising bill? I thought that Comcast would foot the bill, kind of part of the $2.95 upcharge.

It's probably safe to assume TiVo's ad agency took the lead on this, given the similarity (or re-use?) in look/feel between it and the commercials from the My TiVo Gets me campaign. However, there's no telling who funded it, to what extend, or which direction the money flows. I'd ask if I thought I'd get an answer, but they don't generally share those sorts of financial details.
