FIOS does not show up as provider

I just had FIOS installed yesterday and my TIVO (during setup) only shows Comcast as a provider in my area.

Has anyone had TIVO create a custom lineup using this link? Is this the only solution - or correct solution to this problem?

Sometimes an apartment building will have its own unique cable lineup, and if you notify TiVo you're in that situation, they'll set up a lineup just for your building.

I'm sure their not having FiOS listed as an option in your area is an oversight, and they'd want you to notify them. They will fix this for you. Shouldn't take that long either.

One trick is to try a neighboring zip code that has had FIOS for a while.
