To my knowledge, there are no new offers associated with lifetime subscriptions, either purchased or transferred.

The offer to transfer the lifetime service (or more specifically, purchase a unit within the eligibility time-frame) expired on 2/3/08.

However, the offer to purchase a lifetime subscription (or more specifically, purchase a unit within the eligibility time-frame) does not expire until 2/13/08.

Since the opportunity to purchase a lifetime subscription (for $399) requires that you have an active TiVo on your account, you have to actually log into TiVo's site and the offer should be displayed when you attempt to activate the unit.
