Good Evening,
I wanted to take a moment and share the conversations that I have had with DirecTV about the new F version software. I spent 4 hours on the phone with them on Friday morning when all three of my R-10's lost my local channels. The latest of many, many issues with 6.3E and DirecTV told me to just "set tight" and come Sunday, February 3rd the New 6.3F will be out for download. I have looked for it every day, several times a day and have not yet seen it. Further conversations with DirecTV later, turns out it's random, could be any time from now, through the 26th of this month. But I have been assured, it is out there somewhere. The F version will fix many of the known issues with 6.3E, including the re-booting habits. I really need this download, as do must of us I assume. Please keep an eye out for this update and I would be gratefull for a heads-up from anyone that sees it/has it. More importantly, I could use the dial up number that you used to get it.
