Channel signal strength

What is TiVo’s acceptable channel signal strength I’m getting 90-95 but I still get tiling and freezing on all three of my S3

That's definitely in the acceptable range. Did this just start? Is it only with certain channels (HD/cable/antenna)? Could you be having power issues in the house?

ive had this for a month but it seems to be getting worse cox has changed all my CC and still it hapens but it does not happen on their dvr

Same problem here! I have a HD cable box from Comcast and it works fine but my new S3 has an intermittent squeeling audio noise on most channels and won't pick up some channels at all. My channel signal strength is around 91-95 on most channels. I'm anxious to fix this problem.
